Driver's License Requirements
To rent a car with us, the primary driver must present a valid Indian driving license at the time of pickup. The license must be issued by a recognized authority. Additionally, the driver must provide a valid government-issued proof of identity, such as an Aadhar card or any other official document for verification.
Insurance and Coverage policy
All our vehicles are covered under comprehensive insurance which includes third-party liability and basic collision coverage. However, customers are responsible for any damage not covered by the policy, including reckless driving, unauthorized routes, or policy exclusions. For additional protection, we offer optional extended coverage plans at the time of booking.
Available payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, or cash at the time of pickup. Online bookings can be reserved without prepayment and settled upon vehicle delivery. All transactions are securely processed, and receipts are provided instantly.
Cancellation and Modification policy
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer free cancellation or rescheduling if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any cancellations made after this window may incur a nominal late cancellation fee. You can modify your booking (change vehicle, date, or destination) by contacting our support team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
